Who is the builder?

Home and townhome builder(s) have not been selected. We are happy to speak with any interested builders while working through the town's review process.

When will homes be available for occupancy?

If Farmington approves the project, we anticipate construction could start in 2027. Construction could be done in phases.

Is the community age-restricted?

No age restriction was proposed.

Lot A townhomes offer main-level living (including first-floor primary bedrooms) ideal for aging in place.

Where can I see townhome floor plans?

Our local project representative can share preliminary floor plans. All home designs are preliminary as we plan to partner with a builder who will bring their own designs and preferred finishes.

What are the flood zone concerns?

Part of the property is in the 100-year floodplain under 2008 federal mapping, but FEMA has since revised its maps. Those changes, which are intended to be adopted by November 2026, put the project property entirely out of the 100-year floodplain and only partly within the 500-year floodplain.
