Project Progress
🌐 Thoughtfully Planned, Responsible Development
Every component of Enclave -- from traffic planning to environmental studies to architectural design -- has been shaped by a commitment to responsible stewardship and transparency.
The project is designed to:
• Respect the land
• Support the community
• Align with Farmington’s long‑term vision
Enclave at The Farmington River is more than a residential development. It is an opportunity to restore a unique landscape, expand public access, and create a multi‑generational community that reflects the values and aspirations of Farmington.
Current Status
The project application was accepted by Farmington's Town Plan and Zoning (TPZ) Commission on April 27, 2026.
The town’s review is underway. Preliminary site and architectural plans were presented to Farmington’s Architectural Design Review Committee on May 21. In the next few weeks plans will be refined and resubmitted for further review.
